Britain will triple tree planting to tackle climate change  The UK plans to triple its tree planting rates over the next three years to meet its target of net zero carbon emissions by 2050 as part of the fight against climate change. UK Environment Secretary George Eustice will announce that the woodland creation figures will triple by May 2024, when around 7,000 hectares of woodland will be planted each year. An average of 3.2 million vaccinations are given each day in the States.
